Because these are sensitive research materials, returns are limited — but if something is wrong, we’ll make it right.

1. Overview
Research peptides are temperature-sensitive materials whose integrity depends on proper cold-chain handling. We cannot accept returns of opened or used products, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or refund it.
2. What qualifies for a return or refund
Products that arrive visibly damaged in transit.
Incorrect items or quantities compared to your confirmed order.
Products that do not match the purity or identity stated on their Certificate of Analysis.
3. What does not qualify
Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or otherwise used.
Orders where cold-chain was compromised after delivery due to delayed pickup.
Change-of-mind returns, given the sensitive nature of the materials.
4. Reporting window
To be eligible, report any damaged, defective, or incorrect order within 48 hours of delivery, with photos where applicable.
5. How to start a claim
Email support@sale.greysynpeptides.com with your order number, the affected lot number(s), a description of the issue, and photos if the product arrived damaged.
6. Refunds & replacements
Once a claim is approved, we will issue a replacement or a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
