These terms govern your use of the GreySyn website and your purchase of our research-use-only products.

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing sale.greysynpeptides.com or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy and RUO & FDA Disclaimers.
2. Eligibility & research use
All products sold by GreySyn are intended strictly for laboratory research use only and are not for human or animal consumption. By ordering, you represent that you are a qualified researcher or institution, at least 21 years of age, and will handle and use the products lawfully.
No products are approved for medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic use, and we provide no instructions for preparation, administration, or dosage.
3. Orders & acceptance
Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Pricing & payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping, taxes, or duties unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices. Payment is due at the time of order.
5. Shipping, risk of loss, refunds
Products ship in insulated, padded packaging from Tampa, Florida. Orders placed before 12pm ET typically dispatch the same business day. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Shipping timeframes are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. All products are shipped FOB Origin. GreySyn Peptides is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once delivered to the carrier. Tracking information will be provided via email. We currently ship within the United States only.
Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted except for products received in a damaged or materially defective condition. Claims must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. GreySyn Peptides will evaluate the claim and, at its sole discretion, issue a replacement or refund. Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement or before a tracking number is generated, whichever occurs first. Once a tracking number is issued, the order cannot be cancelled.
6. Product information & specifications
GreySyn Peptides makes reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and analytical data are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product information is error-free or complete. Analytical data (purity, identity) is lot-specific and applies only to the lot identified on the Certificate of Analysis. Specifications may vary between lots within stated acceptance criteria. Product images are representative and may differ from the actual product received.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use any product for human or animal consumption, administration, or any in-vivo purpose; (b) use any product for drug compounding, therapeutic, or diagnostic purposes; (c) resell products for purposes inconsistent with these Terms; (d) export or re-export products outside the United States; (e) provide false information regarding identity, research purpose, or institutional affiliation; (f) use this website for any unlawful purpose. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate order cancellation, account termination, and reporting to appropriate authorities.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, data, and software — is the property of GreySyn Peptides or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreySyn Peptides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of products or this website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) giving rise to the claim. Products are provided “as is” for research use. We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement beyond the analytical specifications documented in the lot-specific COA.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida. By using this website, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GreySyn Peptides, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of products, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law or regulation.
12. Modification
GreySyn Peptides reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
